Uruzgan province is one of the 34 provinces of Afghanistan and is located in the center of the country. The capital of Uruzgan province is Trinkot city. Uruzgan shares borders with Daikundi, Ghazni, Helmand, Zabul and Kandahar provinces. Uruzgan has an area of 11473.7 square kilometers and a population of 436079 people. Uruzgan has 5 districts, including Shahidi Hassas, Chora, Deh Rawood, Gizab and Khas Uruzgan. Almost all residents of Uruzgan speak in Pashto.
